“Lord I’m not letting go until I hear you, until the peace that has eluded my soul fills me up anew.” In the last couple weeks I have found myself engulfed in the prophets and in one of those moments where I felt lost I stumbled upon the following verses…

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland. The wild animals in the fields will thank me, the jackals and owls, too, for giving them water in the desert. Yes, I will make rivers in the dry wasteland so my chosen people can be refreshed. Isaiah 43:19-10 (NIV)
Have you ever been so tired you can’t focus on anything? When I read, “See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?” my heart ached. So many times God is moving and we get so overwhelmed with what we cannot see that we miss the awesome new things God is doing. Aren’t you grateful that God moving in our lives and in and around our world doesn’t rely on our human eyes being able to perceive it?   Thankful and back on course, Chari  ]]>
